Manuscript Guidelines

Acavis Publishers publishes all types of articles of academic writing, which includes research articles, review articles, case studies, methodological articles, theoretical articles, and opinion pieces.

A research article is the most common type of scientific writing, presenting original research results which may include data, analysis, and interpretation of the findings. This article typically includes a discussion of the implications of the study and may provide recommendations for future research. Research articles are typically written in a formal scientific style, and may be accompanied by figures, tables, and other visual elements.

A review article provides a comprehensive overview of a topic and synthesizes the existing research on that topic. It is often used to introduce readers to a topic and provide an overview of the current state of the field. Additionally, review articles can be used to identify gaps in the existing research and suggest potential avenues for future research.

A case report article describes single patient's experience with a particular medical condition or treatment. It typically includes details about the patient's diagnosis, symptoms, treatments, and outcomes. It is usually written by a physician who has treated the patient or is knowledgeable about the case and can provide an in-depth overview of the issue. Case report articles often provides valuable information that can help other physicians understand and treat similar conditions.

A perspective article is an opinion-based piece of writing that offers the writer's opinion on a particular issue, event, or topic. It typically includes an analysis of the issue, its causes and effects, and provides the writer's perspective on how to address it. Perspective articles are often used to discuss current events and social issues, as well as to analyze scientific or educational topics.

A conceptual article is a type of article that focuses on a specific concept or theoretical idea. These articles provide a detailed exploration of the concept, analyzing it from different perspectives and exploring its implications. They may also discuss the historical background of the concept, its evolution over time, and its current applications.

In opinion article writer expresses their opinion on a specific topic.

Manuscript Organisation

This applies to all type of articles, Font (11 points, Times New Roman) with 1.5 line spacing. There is no Page or word limit.

Title

The title should not be more than 20 words long. Title should convey the main topic of the research, it should be concise, descriptive and grammatically correct. (15 point, Times New Roman, Bold)

Authors and affiliations

Author names and affiliations of all the authors must be mentioned. The author for correspondence must be clearly indicated.

Corresponding author details

Name, Affiliation, Detailed Author’s address, including telephone number, Fax number and email address.

ABSTRACT

Abstract contains a summary of the study that can be up to 300 words and it should be citation free.

KEYWORDS

Maximum of 5-7 keywords are allowed

ABBREVIATIONS

All the abbreviations used in the study should be listed in abbreviations section.

INTRODUCTION

The introduction should contain present problems and past works are discussed along with a description of study i.e., aim, objective and significance. It should be details and include citation.

MATERIAL & METHODS

This section should provide enough details of the study. If you have more than one heading, use subsections. If the provided tables or figures of the article belongs to the methods section then it should be cited consecutively as Table 1, Figure 1.

RESULTS

The results must be presented in order of their significance in a logical sequence in the text with tables, and figures if they are essential to explain the results. Results for all the outcomes identified in the Methods Section should be given.

DISCUSSION

It is a summary of comparing results of the study with previous findings, key findings, strength and limitation of the study, Interpretation and implications, future research directions.

CONCLUSIONS

This should clearly explain the main conclusions of the article, highlighting its importance.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Author must declare a conflict-of-interest disclosure statement in their manuscripts

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Should be included if any.

FUNDING

Authors must declare how the research and publication of their article was funded, by naming financially supporting body(s) followed by associated grant number(s) (if applicable).

REFERENCES

Citation in the text

Reference citation in the text should be in a consecutive order with superscript numerical, use first and last number of the closed series (Example: Important in the pathophysiology of heart failure. 1,2 Many clinicians have assumed that angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE).3-6)


Reference list

List references consecutively as they appear in the document, ensure that the information of the references is complete and accurate.

Other Instructions

Headings and Sections

Authors may use three levels of headings or subheadings; they should be numbered as following:

First level of heading as 1. and they should be in Upper Case

Second level of heading as 1.1. and they should be in sentence case.

Third level of heading as 1.1.1. and they should be in sentence case.

Figures

Figures must be clear and readable, following formats may be used tif, jpg, and png. The order of the citation of figures must be in a sequence (e.g. Figure 1, Figure 1a), figure caption is mandatory for all the figures. For previously published material the original source of the data must be given in the form of reference at the end of the figure caption.

Tables

Tables should be cited in a consecutive order, please provide caption for all tables explaining the components of the table. Give reference at the end of the caption for published materials. For special character or signs in the table like *, **, # corresponding explanation should be provided.

Equations

Use equation editor or Mathtype for equations.

Supplemental Files

Supplemental files should be uploaded as individual files. Supplementary materials mut be cited in the text.

Manuscript should be submitted through manuscript submission portal in .pdf, .doc format. If there is more than one file .ZIP file can be submitted. Submitting/Corresponding author must act as the point of communication during the publication process.
