Acavis Publishers follows all the ethical guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to ensure high-quality scientific publications

Open Access Policy

All the Acavis Publishers journals provide open access to its content immediately upon publication under the Creative Commons Attribution License, the published work can be re-used and re-distributed.

Peer Review Policy

Peer review is the process of subjecting an article to experts in the same field, before it is published. Peer review helps the publisher decide whether the submitted work should be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or is rejected. Copyright Policy

Copyright is retained by the authors for all articles published in Acavis Publishers journals and is licensed under an open access Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, which means that readers may download and read the paper for free. The article may be reused and quoted, provided that the original published version is cited.

Plagiarism

Manuscripts that are found to have plagiarized content from another author’s manuscript will not be accepted. Authors should not use the words, figures, or ideas of others works without attribution. All sources must be cited at the point they are used and reuse of wording must be less and quoted in the text.

Duplicate and Reductant Publication

We consider original content and articles/ thesis posted on a preprint website; institutional repository will be considered for publication.

Articles submitted to Acavis Publishers shouldn’t be under consideration or submitted elsewhere. It shouldn’t already be published in any language. A duplicate publication of the same article may result in its retraction.

Fabrication and falsification

If submitted manuscripts or published articles that are found to have fabricated or falsified the results, including the manipulation of images, they may be retracted.

Conflicts of Interest

All authors are required to include a Conflict of Interest Disclosure statement in their manuscripts. The author has the responsibility to reveal any personal interest or relationship that has the potential to be affected by the publication of the submitted manuscript. Sources of funding must be acknowledged in the funding statement of the manuscript. All authors must report any financial interest in corporate or commercial entities dealing with the subject matter of the manuscript. On behalf of all the authors, the corresponding/submitting author has the responsibility to declare their interest.

Corrections and Retractions/Removal

Authors should notify the concerned journal editor or contact the publisher as soon as possible if they find errors in their published article. Corresponding author is responsible to inform all listed co-authors before putting forward any requests for corrections or retractions to an article. Published file will be modified as per author request and updated on the website.

In exceptional cases, the article will be permanently removed when the content is defamatory, infringes a third party’s intellectual property right, right to privacy, or other legal right, or is otherwise unlawful. If a court or government has issued an order or if the content poses a serious impact on health.

Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects

  • If the work involves chemicals, procedures or equipment that have any unusual hazards inherent in their use, the author must clearly identify these in the manuscript.
  • If the work involves the use of animal or human subjects, the author should ensure that the manuscript contains a statement that all procedures were performed in compliance with relevant laws and institutional guidelines and that the appropriate institutional committee(s) has approved them. Authors should include a statement in the manuscript that informed consent was obtained for experimentation with human subjects.
  • For human subjects, the author should ensure that the work described has been carried out in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the World Medical Association for experiments involving humans.
  • If the work contains case details or other personal information or images of patients, permissions and releases must be obtained and written consent must be provided.

Withdrawal Policy

Authors can withdraw their manuscript at any stage until the production of the PDF by paying charges of $449 because it costs us a lot to copyedit and produce the manuscript.
