Dr. M Amalanathan is Principal of Nanjil Catholic College of Arts and Science, Kanyakumari, with more than 18 years of teaching and research experience in Physics. He has supervised numerous M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. scholars, published over 70 international papers, and serves as reviewer for leading journals such as Spectrochimica Acta and Journal of Molecular Structure. His leadership has guided his institution to NAAC “A” Grade accreditation and autonomous status. Recipient of the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award for Scientific Excellence (2016), he is also a senate member of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. His research interests span computational and experimental spectroscopy, nonlinear optical materials, density functional theory, and molecular docking studies, with applications in chemistry and biophysics, including drug design, antimicrobial activity, and nanomaterials for photocatalysis.

Dr. Faical El Ouadrhiri is a researcher and senior scientific consultant specializing in chemistry and chemical engineering, with expertise in sustainable materials, process engineering, and environmental technologies. He holds a PhD and works at the interface of fundamental chemistry, applied research, and industrial innovation. His research focuses on the design, optimization, and scale-up of chemical processes and advanced materials, with emphasis on biomass valorization, hydrothermal carbonization, polymer and hybrid materials, and water and wastewater treatment. He has contributed to multidisciplinary R&D projects involving academic and industrial partners, playing key roles in experimental strategy, data analysis, and scientific dissemination. Dr. El Ouadrhiri is active in scientific publishing as an author, reviewer, and guest editor for international peer-reviewed journals. He also supports industrial R&D programs as a scientific advisor, contributing to the structuring, evaluation, and valorization of innovation projects within national and international research frameworks.

Dr. Azim Khan is an Associate Researcher in Materials Science and Engineering at the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, specializing in nickel-based superalloys, high-entropy alloys, and high-temperature oxidation. He previously served as Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral Fellow at Anhui University of Technology, with teaching and research spanning solid-state physics, corrosion, and advanced coatings. Dr. Khan earned his Ph.D. from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, following M.Phil. and M.Sc. studies in Pakistan. He has published extensively in Scopus-indexed journals.
