Dr. Bernardo Lagarto Moreno is a specialist in Physical
Medicine and Rehabilitation with extensive training in musculoskeletal
ultrasound, image-guided interventions, and chronic pain management. He holds
multiple postgraduate degrees, including a Master in Specialized Pain Treatment
from the University of Valencia and a Master in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from
Fundación San Pablo Andalucía CEU. Certified by the European Board of Physical
and Rehabilitation Medicine, he completed his specialist training at Hospital
Senhora da Oliveira in Portugal. Professionally, he currently practices at
Centro de Reabilitação do Norte – ULS Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho, focusing on
MSK and spine interventions, and also serves at the Chronic Pain Unit of ULS do
Nordeste. His previous roles include work at Centro Hospitalar De Entre Douro e
Vouga, where he specialized in ultrasound-guided interventions.
