She earned her dental degree from King Saud University and completed specialized training in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, obtaining a Master's degree in Periodontology. Over the years, Dr. Al Sayed has gained recognition for her exceptional clinical work and contributions to the dental field, with over 700 CME hours accumulated through her participation in global conferences such as the FDI Regional Congress, ITI World Symposium, and multiple Saudi International Dental Conferences.
In her professional career, Dr. Al Sayed has worked as a faculty member at King Saud University's Dental College, where she has actively contributed to the education of postgraduate residents in periodontology. She has also held leadership roles in setting up various training programs, including a 1-year Digital Implant Dentistry training program and a 2-year Implant Fellowship Program.
